I have decided to begin renting a new dedicated server located in Dublin, Ireland. It is hosted by Europe’s largest server hosting company, OVH (http://www.ovh.co.uk). The server I am renting though is provided by an OVH reseller named Kimsufi and they seem to be actually supported by OVH. The backend, and all the basic features of the frontend of phpImgHost (imgdump.me is the dev site)  are now completed. There are still a few minor features that need to be completed but other than those unfinished things the site is fully functional and, as proved by a few widely seen popular Reddit posts, fully operational for everyday use.
